Our recent collaboration with Maison Perrier-Jouët for the Master's Summer Edition 2024, was an extraordinary project. We transformed a suite at the luxurious De L'Europe Amsterdam hotel into a magical forest inspired by Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream." To bring this vision to life, we designed, on behalve of Activation Heroes, in collaboration with Bloemenmeisjes, an immersive environment adorned with lush greenery, delicate flowers, and artistic installations. This setup transported guests into a Shakespearean wonderland, creating an unforgettable experience that engaged all senses. The detailed decor, from bespoke floral arrangements to the perfectly curated ambiance, ensured that every element resonated with the essence of Maison Perrier-Jouët.

Attention to Detail: From Concept to Reality

The project began with a deep understanding of Maison Perrier-Jouët’s heritage and values. This insight guided our design process, ensuring that the final result was not only visually stunning but also deeply meaningful. We arranged all props and decorations, including the cushions, storytelling elements, and road scripts to ensure everything aligned with the brand's values. We also provided suggestions for models and assigned roles to the maître d', waiter, and model, writing a script that resonated with Maison Perrier-Jouët's narrative.

Comprehensive Orchestration

On the day of the event, we orchestrated the entire experience, ensuring that after the initial presentation, guests could continue their journey through another beautifully decorated room. This room featured a stunning product presentation with real grapes and plants, creating an immersive vineyard atmosphere. We also carefully selected music from "A Midsummer Night's Dream" to enhance the ambiance. The lighting, plants, and overall decor came together seamlessly, ensuring that the product was the highlight of the experience.
